Description

CASTLE COMBE MARKET PLACE ST 8477 (west side) 6/128 Unidentified tomb in churchyard, about 6m south of Beak tomb, south west of south porch of Church of St. Andrew GV II

Chest tomb, later c18, ashlar. 2 circular plaques with winged cherub head between and rosettes to outer spandrels on north side. Plain plaques to south side. Lyre ends with husk drop decoration to edges. Moulded base and cornice. In row 2 west of churchyard path.
