Description
Two chest tombs located in the churchyard between 16 and 18 metres south of the Church of St John the Baptist, dating from the mid-18th century. They are made of limestone. The southern tomb of the pair features two fielded panels and fielded pilasters supporting an entablature with a moulded flat top, commemorating Ann Line who died in 1754. The southern tomb is simpler and has an illegible inscription, which was covered in ivy at the time of the survey in June 1985.
