Description

Stones Restaurant is a former farm building that has been converted into a restaurant and toilets. It is located at the southeast end of the Great Barn and encloses what was once a farmyard. The building dates from before 1724 but was rebuilt in the mid-19th century. It is constructed from sarsen stone and features a Bridgewater tiled roof. The structure has ten bays, with doors and windows evenly spaced, all adorned with brick dressings and three half-brick red and blue segmental arches. The building is listed for its group value with the barn and the ditch of the henge.
