Description
The Old Vicarage is a house dating from the mid-18th century, located on Church Street in West Lavington. It features red and blue brickwork arranged in vertical bands and has a tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with a cellar and consists of four bays. The entrance is marked by a six-panelled door that has a stone architrave and is situated in the second bay, topped with a small hood supported by consoles. The windows are twelve-paned sash types set within steeply arched segmental brick openings. The eaves are adorned with timber dentils, and there are three brick chimney stacks. At the rear, there are rendered brick extensions on both the right and left sides, which are not considered of special interest. Additionally, the left gable end has been rebuilt.
