Description

Elcot Mill House is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, constructed of chequered brick with courses of grey headers arranged in concentric patterns with voussoirs. The roof features a gambrel tile design, with pitched slate on the rear. The house has two storeys and includes three ranges of tripartite casements with segment-headed windows on the ground floor, along with one half-glazed door. There are three attic dormers, each with pitched roofs; two of these have casements with glazing bars, while one features casements with diagonal lead glazing bars. Additionally, there is a one-storey lean-to extension to the west, covered with a slate roof.
