Description
This 18th-century granary is located 20 meters south-south-west of the west corner of Church Farmhouse in Axford. It features a timber frame with brick noggings, supported by staddles and some brick piers. The gable is weatherboarded and it has a slate roof that is half-hipped. The granary has a layout of 2 x 3 bays and includes a boarded door in the east gable. Granaries with exposed framing are uncommon in this area.
