Description

This is a chest tomb from the late 18th century, located in the churchyard about 9 meters south of the Townsend monument and south of the porch of the Church of St. Bartholomew. The tomb is made of ashlar stone and features slightly raised side plaques that are flanked by fluted strips. It has fluted baluster corners and a moulded base and cornice, with a fluted frieze that breaks forward over the plaques.
