Description

Hilcot Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located in North Newnton. It is constructed of brick and features a thatched roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has three bays, along with a rear wing on the right side. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door topped by a lattice glazed fanlight, all under an elliptical moulded hood. The windows are sixteen-paned sashes, and there are gable stacks, with the west stack displaying a datestone that reads J.C. 1818.
