Description
This is an unidentified tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 1 metre south of the Memorial Garden and east of the Church of St. John. The tomb is a pedestal type from the mid-18th century, constructed of ashlar stone. It features a lower section with a plinth and a gadrooned cap. The lower part has an oval panel with a skull and bones carved in the spandrels. The top section includes a fielded panel and foliate piers on the south side, with curved ends and a cartouche on the north side. It has a moulded cornice and base, which would have supported a missing finial.
