Description

Glebe Farmhouse is a mid-18th century demesne farmhouse constructed of English garden wall bond brick, with a plain tiled roof. The building is two storeys and originally three bays, with a central stair-hall plan. A three-bay pantiled rear service extension exists to the right, with the first bay raised to two storeys. A central 20th-century six-panelled and fielded door is set within an open metal porch. The ground floor has twelve-paned sash windows, while the first floor has paned casement windows. There are brick dentilled eaves. The roof is in four structural bays and features gable stacks. The rear extension includes a segmental headed opening to the ground floor. 20th-century lean-to extensions have been added to the rear.
