Description
This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from ashlar stone and features an oval plaque on the north side, with foliate scroll ornamentation on each side. The south side has a fielded plaque with a carved foliate panel on each side, supported by floral drop piers. The ornate east end displays a draped plaque adorned with cherub heads. Although the plaque on the north side has fallen in as of 1984, the rest of the tomb remains intact. The monument is situated about 1 metre south of the Beard/Kington monument, northeast of the Church of St. Margaret.
