No. 28 on Market Street is an 18th-century building constructed of painted ashlar with a stone-tiled mansard roof featuring a dormer. It is three stories tall and has two windows on each floor, with paired sash windows that do not have glazing bars. The ground floor features a late 19th-century shop front.
