Description

The Infant School Village Hall, built in the 1870s and possibly designed by Butterfield, is constructed of rubble with ashlar quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof. The front features four gables, with the side gables projecting forward; the right-hand gable includes a bellcote. Each gable has a pointed recess with lancets that create plate tracery windows, along with an oculus. To the right, there is a catslide porch that is set back, and an additional block that is also set back, featuring a stepped chimney behind the porch.
