Description

The Rectory, built in 1868 and attributed to Ewan Christian, is a two-storey building with an attic and cellar. It is constructed from rough faced snecked rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings. The roof is made of stone slate with coped gables and footstones. The building has three irregular bays, with a gabled break on the right side. There are mullion windows with transoms on the ground floor and first floor to the right. A hipped closed porch is located in the angled break, and there is a square hipped bay on the ground floor to the left. The rainwater heads on the west side are dated "+ 1868".
