Description

Number 17 on High Street is a 18th-century building with a thatched roof that has been extended and altered over time. It stands two storeys tall at the front, featuring four windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor. The ground floor includes an angled bay and two tripartite windows, which have early 19th-century glazing bar sashes. There is a roughly central thatched closed porch, and to the left, a modern large garage port has been added. The building is topped with three brick ridge chimneys, and there is a dormer window in the thatch at the rear.
