Description
Tanhouse Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, possibly incorporating earlier elements. It features a rendered exterior and a double Roman tiled roof. The building has two storeys and attics, with an irregular L-plan shape and a gabled vernacular style. The road-facing elevation includes two casement windows with two and three lights, which have moulded mullions and surrounds, along with one cross window. A polygonal stair turret projects to the right, and there is a door located in a 20th-century lean-to on the left. The rear wing has been altered.
