Description
Leechpool Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse located on the north side of Tanhouse Lane in Yate. The farmhouse is constructed of rubble with a double Roman tiled roof. The building is two storeys high with an attic. The left side of the farmhouse has three 20th-century 2- and 3-light casement windows. The right side features two 20th-century 2-light casements, and a plank front door set within a double ovolo moulded surround with elaborate "bar and pumpkin" stops, accompanied by a gabled projecting porch.
