Description

The Town Hall, located at No. 52 on High Street in Wickwar, was built around 1795. It is constructed from rubble and features a double Roman tiled roof. The building has two storeys and three wide arched openings on the ground floor, each with keystones and imposts; the central opening contains plank doors. On the first floor, there are three 3-light leaded cross windows with segmental heads and a cill band. The central gable includes a clock in the tympanum and is topped by a square ashlar bellcote with a pinnacle.
