Description

No. 59 High Street is a house located in the village street of Wickwar. It dates from the mid-17th century and was altered in the early to mid-19th century. The building is rendered and features a double Roman tiled roof with brick stacks. It has two storeys and three 16-pane glazing bar sash windows. The central entrance consists of a plank door with strap hinges, set within a double ogee moulded stone surround that has a segmental head and a dripmould. At the rear, there are two small gabled wings.
