Description

The Ice House at Mount Pond is a disused structure dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It features a rubble exterior dome and an entrance tunnel, which are mostly concealed by an artificial mound. The interior is lined with brick and painted white, measuring 17 feet 4 inches high and 12 feet 6 inches wide. Inside, there are remains of a wooden floor and steps.
