Description
Nos 73 and 73A on Broad Street are a late 18th century remodelling of a mid to late 17th century house. The building is rendered and has a slate roof. It stands three storeys high and features three windows with glazing bar sashes. The entrance has a moulded doorcase topped with an open pediment supported by wooden brackets. To the left, there is a 19th century bow window shop front, while to the right, there is likely an 18th century bay with large pane sashes. A central passageway leads to a 17th century rubble wing at the rear, which has two irregular gables and several original moulded wooden mullion casement windows.
