Description

No. 10 Southside Street is a town house with a later shop, likely built in the late 18th century. It features brick laid in Flemish bond and a slate hipped roof with a dentilled eaves cornice and a brick stack on the left side. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall, with a two-window range that includes possibly mid 19th century 12-pane hornless sash windows. The ground floor has an old moulded cornice above a 20th century fascia and a 20th century four-light double shopfront, which has a central doorway and a separate house doorway on the right. The interior has not been inspected.
