Description

This is a mid-19th century town house with a shop, although it may incorporate earlier fabric, possibly a refronting of an existing house. It is built with stucco on a timber frame to the front, with an asbestos slate roof and a brick stack on the left side. The house has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys high, with a two-window front. The windows are 20th-century replacements, featuring four panes and horns. The ground floor has a simple entablature above an altered mid-19th century shopfront, which includes a doorway on the right side. The original six-panel house door remains at the far right. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value within a significant group of 17th and 18th century houses.
