Description

The gate piers and walls east of the Church of St Budeaux were likely built in 1876 when the church was restored by James Hine. They consist of rubble walls and square piers, featuring a pair of cast-iron gates with finials above the lock rail. The gates have four-centred arches below the top rail and cresting above. These structures are included for their group value.
