Description
Banksian House and Cosy Cottage is a mid-19th century house that has been subdivided. It is constructed of coursed squared rubble and features a hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and brick stacks. The building has two storeys and attics, with a central hipped dormer. There are three 4-light casement windows with cinquefoil heads set in wooden frames, all under drip moulds and relieving arches. The entrance includes a 6-panel door that is off-centre to the left. To the right, there is a single bay with a 20th-century door leading to Cosy Cottage, which is part of a two-storey lean-to extension. The property is included in the register primarily for its group value.
