Description

This is a two-storey house located on the south side of West Street in Banwell. It was dated 1761, although the building is of earlier origin. The house is constructed of rubble with a pantile roof, raised and coped verges, and brick end stacks. It has two windows. A central, recessed boarded door is set within a plain timber frame, and there are two-light timber casements. A plaque above the door reads "J H/1761/Win God/Win All.”
