The front features two windows, each with three lights, fitted with shutters in wooden frames. These windows contain sash glazing bars. A trellised verandah extends across the ground floor, incorporating an anthemion motif. The entrance is on the right side, sheltered by a trellised porch also with an anthemion motif.
