Description
The Lodge to Uphill Manor is a building from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of random rubble with ashlar dressings and stands two storeys high. The lodge features a crenellated parapet and a corbelled oriel window. To the north, there is a round tower that also has a crenellated parapet and false machicolation. The building includes lancet windows throughout. The arched gateway and the adjoining walls to the north are made of rubble and ashlar, and are crenellated with small turrets at intervals.
