Description
The gate piers and bollard at the entrance to Purbeck House, located on the south side of High Street, date from the early 19th century. The granite gate piers feature moulded caps and are possibly sourced from Millbank Prison in London. The cylindrical granite bollard is also believed to have originated from Millbank Prison.
