Description

Stour Provost Mill is a building that has been converted into a cottage, likely dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a half-hipped, tiled roof. The structure has one and a half storeys and includes casement windows with leaded lights set beneath wooden lintels. There is a plain door situated under an open porch. A notable feature of the mill is the cast-iron, breast shot mill-wheel, which is inscribed with 'Bourton 1889'.
