Description
Red House Farmhouse is a house that likely dates from the late 18th century, with additions from the early and late 19th centuries. It is built of coursed, squared rubble, with an additional bay on the right made of brick. The roof is gable-ended and tiled, featuring brick stacks at the ends of the ranges. The building has two storeys and a three-window range, with an additional bay on the right and a cross-wing on the left. The windows are 9-pane sashes, and the ground floor openings have open segmental brick heads with stone keystones. There is a 19th-century open wooden porch that includes a part-glazed panelled door.
