Description

Myrtle Cottage is a house dated 1823, with 20th-century extensions. The original structure is built of banded flint and rubble, while the extensions are made of brick laid in stretcher bond. It features a hipped, thatched roof with brick stacks at either end of the original range. The house has two storeys and three windows in the original range. On the ground floor, there are 20th-century, three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars set under segmental brick arches, flanking a central, enclosed wooden porch with a segmental head. Above, there are two-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars.
