Description

No 62 is a cottage from the 18th century, constructed with cob that is cased in brick laid in Flemish bond and finished with whitewash. It features a thatched roof, which has a gable end on the right side and a hipped end on the left, with a brick chimney stack located at the left end of the ridge. The building has two storeys and a three-window range. The ground floor has 20th-century wooden, three-light casements with glazing bars, and there is a part-glazed, recessed door situated to the front left. The ground floor openings are set under segmental brick arches. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value.
