Description

No. 4 Old School Lane is a cottage dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble, brick, and timber frame, topped with a thatched gable-ended roof featuring end brick stacks. The cottage has one and a half storeys and a two to three window range. The windows are two-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. There is a 20th-century wooden porch and a part-glazed plank door.
