Description

Honeysuckle Cottage is a detached cottage likely dating from the 17th century, with an extension added in the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone walls with a stone slate roof and brick end stacks. The cottage is two storeys high. A stone porch with a felted lean-to roof and a casement window is present at the front. The ground floor has three casement windows with glazing bars. The first floor features two stone-mullioned windows, with remnants of lead lights. The main ground floor room contains a large, open fireplace with a cambered timber lintel.
