Description

No. 22 on Salisbury Street is a building constructed between 1731 and the mid-18th century. It has two storeys and features two windows. The steeply pitched tiled roof has a slate verge and includes one flat-roofed dormer. The front is made of red brick with vertical lacing courses of grey brick headers and has rubbed brick voussoirs above the windows. The windows are without glazing bars and are set in reveals with slightly segmental heads. There is a modern shop front with a fascia that rises to just below the first-floor windows. Nos. 2 to 24 (even) form a group.
