Description

24 Salisbury Street is a building constructed between 1731 and the mid-18th century. It is two stories tall with a three-window front and features one flat-roofed dormer. The building has a moulded wooden eaves cornice and is made of brick with brown brick headers, red brick dressings, quoins, and rubbed red brick voussoirs. The windows do not have glazing bars and are set in painted reveals. There is a modern shop front at the bottom. On the first floor, there are panelled doors, and the front room includes an alcove and a panelled overmantel above the fireplace. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 24 (even).
