Description
The churchyard wall at Alton Pancras is approximately 40 metres long and is located to the south and west of the church. It dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of brick with shaped brick coping. The wall features a round 12th-century arch adorned with dogtooth ornamentation, which was likely taken from the church during its restoration. Additionally, it incorporates a 17th-century tombstone and a round-headed niche. Part of the wall is not capped with iron railings.
