Description
Lower House Farm Barn, located 25 metres south-east of the farmhouse, is an 18th-century barn that also includes stables. The barn features flint rubble walls with brick quoins, two brick bands, and brick dressings around the windows and doors, with some burnt headers present. It has a corrugated asbestos roof and a plinth. On the north side, there is a protruding porch made entirely of brick in Flemish Bond, which includes large plank barn doors topped by a segmental arch-head. The stable end on the right has doors with segmental arch-heads as well. The doors and windows are framed in wood, and there are two loop-holes on the south side, also with brick dressings.
