Description

Lilac Cottage and Santa Maria are a pair of cottages built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. They feature rendered walls and hipped tiled roofs, with a central brick stack that has four octagonal shafts. The cottages are two storeys high, each with a central doorway located in a rendered porch that has a tiled roof. Both the ground and first floors of each cottage have two casement windows with glazing bars. Lilac Cottage has a lean-to extension at the rear, which also has a tiled roof, while Santa Maria has a gabled rear extension with a tiled roof.
