Description

Kingstag Bridge is a road bridge built in the mid-19th century that spans the River Lydden. It is constructed from coursed rubble and features three stone arches with ashlar voussoirs. The bridge has shaped coping, pointed cutwaters, and buttressed abutments. There is a plaque on the bridge warning that the penalty for malicious damage may result in transportation for life.
