This is an ancillary building located approximately 10 meters south of Alton Pancras Manor, likely dating from the late 18th century. The structure consists of two parts: a pigeon cote to the south and a brew or bakehouse to the north. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond and features a gable-ended, tiled roof with a central brick stack. Inside, there is a fireplace with ovens on either side, flanked by coppers.
