Number 1 on Church Lane is a building from the 17th or 18th century. It is constructed of stucco and features a hair-hipped thatch roof with a colourwashed brick stack. The building has one and a half storeys and includes three ranges of casement windows with glazing bars. There is a modern door at the entrance.
