Description
The walls enclosing the garden to the south of No 5 (Eastway House) and the summerhouse are made of red brick with red brick capping, likely from the 18th century. These walls surround the garden on both the east and west sides, with the southern end of the western wall probably dating from the 19th century.
On the exterior, there is a small rectangular structure featuring a round-headed entrance on the east side, with coral inserted at the impost level and as a keystone, and a wooden boarded door. The structure now has a flat roof and is internally octagonal with cemented walls. It includes small semi-circular niches on three facets of the octagon and has one window, which is three panes wide, facing south.
The dwarf wall, gate piers, railings, gates, and the walls and summerhouse together form a group with No 5 (Eastway House).
