Description
The former coach house, located 200 meters north-west of Saint Anthony's Convent, is likely from the late 18th century and has been converted into classrooms. It features roughcast walls with ashlar dressings and a hipped slate roof. The building has a U-shaped plan, consisting of a central range with projecting wings at each end, and stands two storeys high with an attic.
On the ground floor, the main range includes four large round-arched openings that have been infilled with 20th-century glass screens. To the left of these arches, there is one round-arched doorway and one wider segmental-arched opening, both fitted with 20th-century glass doors. To the right of the central arches, there are two additional round-arched openings, also with 20th-century glass doors. The first floor contains five casement windows with glazing bars and one blocked round-arched opening. There is a flat-roofed dormer in the attic, and in the left wing, a pedimented dormer, likely a former loft door, features a 20th-century glazed door. Both wings have round-arched doorways, some of which have been altered to serve as windows.
