Description
The Old Malt House is a 17th-century house located in Hazelbury Bryan, Droop. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a slate roof with gable ends and brick end stacks. The building has a T-plan and is two storeys high with a three-window range. On the ground floor, the right side has a three-light sash window with glazing bars, while the left side has a two-light 20th-century window also with glazing bars. Above these, there are three three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. The central door is glazed. The right gable includes a stone mullioned, square-headed, two-light window with hollow chamfers beneath a returned label. There is also a blocked mullioned window and a casement with leaded lights above.
