Description

The Stores and Noad Cottage is a pair of cottages that likely originated in the late 18th century, with some extensions and alterations made in the 19th century. The building features flint and brick bands along with large random greensand ashlar blocks. It has a thatched roof that is hipped on the left side and gabled on the right, with brick stacks at both ends. The structure is 1½ storeys tall and has an irregular arrangement of windows. There are 2, 3, and 4-light casements with glazing bars, and the ground floor on the right side includes a sash window. Additionally, there is a shop located in an outshut to the right.
