Description

The cross, located approximately 4 meters south of the Church of St. Breaca in Breage, is a medieval structure made of elvan stone. It features a pierced wheel head above a truncated shaft, which is fitted into a moulded socketted base. Carved against the wheel is a Maltese cross along with an image of Christ and some eroded ropework carving. The cross and its base are positioned on a wide flight of steps made from reused granite.
