Description
The cross in the churchyard is located approximately 4 metres south of the tower of the Church of St. Allen. It is a medieval wheel-headed cross made of granite. The cross features a three-quarter wheel head that is 68 centimetres in diameter and 33 centimetres thick. The front displays a raised cross pattee, while the back has an incised cross with lines that end in cups. This cross was found at Trefonnick and was re-erected in the churchyard in 1911. It is also designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument in Cornwall, number 327.
