Description

The war memorial, located approximately 8 metres north of the tower of the Church of St Sennar in Zennor, commemorates those who died in the First World War from 1914 to 1918. It is constructed from dressed granite and features a square-on-plan pier with a plinth and cornice. At the top, there are four carved figures. The northwest face includes an incised inscription alongside a Greek cross in relief, listing the names RH Osborne DCM and SE Taylor. A later plaque has been added to honor those who died in the Second World War from 1939 to 1945.
